Week 8 - A Project, An Opportunity

        The final project contains two videos, one for professional audiences and one for general audiences. My favorite part was the second video since it where I contributed the most. My teammates built an outline and helped giving feedback, ideas while I was working as video editor. There were lots of work on my end with hand-drawing, video editing, voice recording, but the result turned out well, so all the time and effort were well spent. It was a crazy to take such a massive workload like that despite I still have other assignments, an ethic essay, a book to read as well as two other classes. However, there were many reasons for me to do so. First, creativity is my strength, so I want to utilize it to contribute to my groupwork. Moreover, I wanted my vision on project to come true, or I would not be as satisfied as I am now. Second, despite the massive workload, I believed in my time management skill, combined with self-discipline, that I could work through it. My faith was strong, and the result was right. Lastly, after reading the book of Napoleon Hill, this was a good opportunity for me to practice with my enthusiasm, personal initiative and going the extra mile, not just for myself but for my team as well. After all, they are amazing teammates, and I want to give them a favor to show my sincerity.
